Kelowna Conscious Co-Ed Circle - December 2025

The next conscious co-ed circle is happening on Thursday, December 18th at 730pm!

Join us at Kelowna Yoga House for a powerful evening of connection and embark on a powerful intellectual and physical journey and start to bring completion to 2025.

This experience will be co-facilitated by Andrew Mundy and Jennie Henderson.

We’ll begin the evening with a grounding meditation practice to settle into the space followed by an opportunity for introductions and intentions for the evening.

Then Jennie and Andrew will lead the group through a series of questions and practices that will create awareness around the concept of completion.

Then Andrew will lead the group through a unique and powerful process to release any mental, emotional and physical baggage that we unconsciously carry in our day.

Then Jennie will lead us through a powerful shamanic practice to finalize our journey of completion and settle into a place of stillness.

We will complete the evening with a short sharing circle, which allows for integration of the conversation and practices from the evening.

The cost of the event is $29.36 for individuals and $46.13 for couples who want to attend (includes 5% GST and Eventbrite fees).
