Come and enjoy a Keynote dinner talk by Professor Patricia Rae from Queen's University, titled "Proleptic, Pragmatic Mourning."
Dinner is included in the ticket price, and provided by the Holiday Inn, as part of the HuGSA 2017 Conference, "Crossing Over: An Interdisciplinary Conference on Death and Morbidity".
Early bird tickets will be available until mid-January; please purchase your ticket through this event, our Facebook page, or our website.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
This event takes place at the Holiday-Inn Toronto-Yorkdale, in the Allure room. As such, there is parking available for guests and attendees on site. Parking will cost an approximate $10, flat-rate.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - please bring your ticket (printed or through a mobile device) for check in. This ensures all guests attending have paid.
I have a dietary restriction/allergy. Can I still attend and eat at the dinner?
Yes, we will accomodate all dietary restrictions and allergies to the best of our ability and pass that information on to the Holiday Inn Toronto-Yorkdale, which will ensure these accommodations will be met, to the best of their available on site. Cross-contamination is always a possibility, but we will do our best to minimalize it.
Please contact the conference team for such requests, at firstname.lastname@example.org
