This workshop will concentrate on increasing business profits and demistifying myths. Discussions will include how to price your goods and services properly, how to market, how to deal with difficult clients, how to read financial statements, how to negotiate and much more.

2. Marketing and promotion: Developing an effective, cost efficient campaign
3. How to read, understand and use financial statements for better management decisions
