Join us as we kickoff May Awareness Month for Chronic Immunological and Neurological Diseases (CIND) such as Fibromyalgia, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrom and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity/Environmental Sensitivities.

Our international day of awareness is on May 12th. This year is the 25th anniversary. More information can be found at www.may12th.org.

We have 3 terrific speakers:

1. Dr Gordon Ko - a Fibromyalgia expert

2. Courtney Mulqueen - a disability lawyer

3. Shega Youngson - an expert in medical marijuana from Tweed

The door open at 12:00pm Speeches begin at 12:25. There will be a panel Q&A and an opportunity after the speeches to speak directly with our experts.

As many of the attendees are harmed by fragrances, please refrain from wearing anything with a fragrance.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No but the subject material won't be very interesting to young children.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is lots of free parking. TTC stops at the corner. If you are driving, its just a few mintues south of the 401 and a few minutes west of the DVP.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No - just please come

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
