Chris has been dancing, promoting, and teaching Lindy Hop in Sudbury since 2009. He co-founded the Laurentian University Swing Dance Society in 2009 and in 2017 he co-founded Sudbury Swing Dance. He makes a point of searching out the Lindy Hop community wherever he goes. Doing so, he has made friends from all over Ontario, Canada, the US and even Europe. He has occasionally been called upon to share his knowledge and experience while travelling. As such he has taught lessons and workshops as far away as St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Esther has been dancing, promoting, and teaching Swing dancing in Sudbury since 2014. She is the current president of the Laurentian University Swing Dance Society, and one of the organizers and head instructors for Sudbury Swing Dance. She dances anywhere she can, including doing a beginner lesson series in Manitoba, and dancing throughout Ontario.
