Description

This 8-week running clinic will focus on how to kickstart your fall fitness. RunUphill’s very own James and Joel will be the hosts and we’ll have expert speakers focusing on:

  • Nutrition and Diet
  • Running Techniques
  • Cross Training (nordic skiing)
  • Strength Training
  • Training Plans
  • Equipment

This Fall, we will have 2 groups of different levels:

  • An introductory group following a walk/run program
  • A beginner group following a running program

We’ve partnered with An Edible Life and Shayla Roberts from Evolution Coaching for content for each evening. You’ll see the difference that expertise makes and will ensure your reach your health and wellness goals.

Dates are: Every Wednesday from September 18th to November 6th from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM

Registering for the class gets you:

  • A technical fabric running shirt
  • All recipes for diet & nutrition evening
  • 15% off running shoes and apparel (at regular price)
