KMA – SIEMENS PLANT TOUR

The Siemens plant in Peterborough is an excellent example of how a manufacturing plant can be fully immersed in lean methodologies. This tour will hold something of value for all lean practioners from beginners to veterans.

Manufacturing operations have been exposed to lean thinking for decades but the front end processes have often received minimal attention. This may negate some of the gains made in the plant. After the tour there will be a discussion on "leaning" the entire business.
