KNAP Forest Bathing Walk at Huron Natural Area
Event Information
About this Event
This slow-paced stroll through Huron Natural Area trails will introduce you to a variety of practices that will help you release stress and rejuvenate. The roots of this program stem from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, also known as “forest bathing”. This will be a gentle and mindful walk where we get to explore Huron Natural Area and observe the seasonal changes as night falls.
