Event description

Description

Knotweed is described as the plant that is eating B.C. Knotweed grows fast, up to 4 cm per day and can quickly take over your garden. It has an extensive root system that can damage your foundation, driveway or septic system.

Is this aggressive invasive plant at your doorstep? If so, CKISS is here to help. We are hosting a free knotweed information session to give you the knowledge and tools that you need to defend your property from knotweed.

In addition the CKISS AGM will take place giving you the opportunity to meet staff/board of directors and to learn more about what the we are doing to minimize the impacts of invasive species on the Kootenays.
