Judith has over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management, including financial analysis and forecasting. She knows how to make the process easy for entrepreneurs who do not have a financial background.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Judith Pineault is a mentor, entrepreneur and C-Suite Executive who has partnered with the WE-CAN Project over the past two years to deliver frontline support to established women entrepreneurs through the PropelHER Program.

Ten years of C-Suite experience with a large multi-national firm, prepared Judith to launch Frontline Strategies Inc, a consulting firm, specializing in financial modelling, KPI development and process management.

During this time, she co-foundered a custom manufacturing firm specializing in design/build industrial process technologies. As CEO she led the firm’s business development and financial activities, establishing export markets in North America, South America, China, Japan, Morocco & Sweden. Always focusing on new products and sectors, Judith developed the firm’s expertise in Instrumentation, Test Equipment and Movable Bridges.

Having sold the business in 2019, Judith returned to consulting, mentoring start-up and scale-up enterprises.

ABOUT THE WE-CAN PROJECT:

The WE-CAN Project is led by Queen’s University and supported by the Government of Canada. Its mission is to inspire and empower existing and aspiring women entrepreneurs by providing them with tools, resources, expert mentors, networks and community building to expand existing businesses and to launch new ventures.

The Government of Canada, through FedDev Ontario’s Women Entrepreneurship Strategy (WES) Ecosystem Fund is providing $3.2 million for Queen’s University to design and deliver programs and services to accelerate, train, mentor and provide resources to women entrepreneurs and women-led companies in the community.

The focus of the WES strategy is to provide support to women entrepreneurs from diverse and underrepresented groups.
