Learn the key deliverables required to implement KCSv6 by The Consortium for Service Innovation including:

  • Best practices for measuring knowledge activity, performance and value
  • Techniques for insuring knowledge base quality without review queues
  • Processes for creating in-workflow (Solve Loop) and value-added (Evolve Loop) content
  • How to manage a KCSv6 adoption, avoiding mistakes others have made

Cost: $1,500.00 USD per person. Optional exam certification immediately following for an additional cost of $550 USD. (Travel and lodging not included)
