WHAT?

In this workshop we’ll talk about how web apps are built, breaking down the technology and code used to create them. We’ll spend some time talking about how code is written, and practicing what we’ve learned with hands-on exercises in relevant and modern programming languages. You’ll leave this workshop with a few new tricks up your sleeves, and the tools to continue learning on your own.

Sarah discovered her passion for web development after working as a Community Manager for a local coding bootcamp, and currently works as a Developer for leading Canadian commerce company, Shopify. While her day-job is stationary, outside-of-work you can typically catch her at yoga, on a long weekend walk, or training for a half marathon.
