What is Krav Maga?
Krav Maga is a simple, effective form of self-defense designed to employ techniques based on the body's natural movements and the individual's instinctive reactions. It can prepare individuals for a variety of scenarios that they might encounter. Krav Maga training provides a total body workout by utilizing a combination of martial arts techniqyes. With proper training and quality instruction, anyone can become proficient at Krav Maga, regardless of age, size, or gender.

Confidence: Krav Maga Self-Defense
This is a FREE 6 week program that teaches self-defense skills based on the Israeli martial art of Krav Maga. Classes begin on Tuesday, October 3rd and finish on Thursday, November 23rd.

Please note that classes take place twice a week:
TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS: 9:00-10:00PM in the Rose Hill Studio (2nd Floor of DBAC)

Students are expected to attend both classes each week for the full 6 weeks of the program. No experience is necessary, but we ask that you wear workour clothing and running shoes.
