About this event
Kultrún World Music Festival is back in St Jacobs, and this year we have an incredible line up of international, national, and local artists. As a world music multicultural festival that's been running for over 20 years, we share our history of dedication to building bridges in the community through music, dance, drama, literary, and visual arts.The festival also offers inter-active workshops for children and adults, from drumming circles, to theatre to dance.
From Finland to Chile, from Korea to Colombia, KW to Quebec, we are gathering in this beautiful Village of St Jacobs in the Region of Waterloo with music, love, community and fun. (See map and directions below)
Most of the fesitval is located in the St Jacobs Baseball Diamond located next to the Health Valley Trail, behind the Fire Station at 3 Water Street. There's plenty of FREE PARKING in the tourist lot at Albert Street West and Water Street. SEE BELOW FOR DIRECTIONS
BRING A CHAIR OR PICNIC BLANKET, WATER BOTTLE (we have a refil station), SUNSCREEN and your DANCING FEET!
We'll have refreshments, food vendors, and pop-up vendors, including a mini Etsy market!
Tickets are not required. However, by registering we will be able to send any necessary updates to you by email.

Wednesday, July 6, 6:00 - 9:00 pm at Neruda Arts Studio
Join us at the opening evening of the Fibre Arts Exhibition of the works of Francisca Moreno, Elsa Brigden and Jocelyne Sobeski. The exhibition runs through to the end of July. Directions to the Festival
Follow King Street North in St Jacobs to Albert Street East. Turn east at ScotiaBank/Home Hardware and follow Albert Street East to the free parking lot. Proceed to the right behind the Fire Station. The festival is in the Ball Diamond.
Directions to Neruda Arts Studio
Please note there is NO PARKING available at the Studio, but there is on-street parking in several areas and free parking in the tourist lots. Follow King Street North in St Jacobs to Albert Street West. Turn west at Hamel Brooms. Go through the parking area between St Jacobs Schoolhouse Theatre and Hamel Brooms. The Studio is locate at the end of the alley.
We apologize, but at this time our Studio is not accessible-friendly. The building is still under renovation and we hope to be fully accessible as soon as possible.
