Description
Wine director Melanie Gravel and Bar Manager Christopher Allen worked with LaStella to pair the following wines with a delicious 5-course menu for a unique dining experience:
2014 LaStellina Rosato, 2014 Vivace Pinot Grigio, the newly released 2013 Fortissimo, and their 2011 Maestoso ‘solo’ Merlot. And Chef Dave Tozer created a very special dessert, guests will enjoy a house-made sorbetto using LaStella’s Moscato D’Osoyoos. This menu will surely tantalize everyone’s taste buds!
