In celebration of the spirit, honour and tradition of Robert Burns — Scotland’s most famous poet — it’s become tradition to toast a glass of scotch or whisky to his legacy and celebrate with a formal Scottish dinner, but we at Eau Claire think it’s time we celebrate the women in Burns’ life - his wife, and, well, his mistress, Miss Mary Campbell.
For the Scotch lovin’ lassies out there, join the Eau Claire Team as we get a little imaginative with the first ever Miss Mary Campbell Day! Master Distiller Caitlin Quinn, Tasting Room Manager, Chelsey Coulson and President, David Farran will walk you through a
traditional Burns Supper. Get ready to eat your haggis ladies! Don’t fret boys, you’re always welcome too.
