I often found the effect of a breathwork session started loooong before I arrived: making the commitment, placing my attention where I wanted it to go, and anticipating the joy, shift, and ease that was on the way. If you already know you want to come jump on in.

Our session last night was out of this world. I feel absolutely blessed to hold space for this group.

If you haven't come before I encourage you to take the leap. We really are a kind community of folks from all kinds of backgrounds and experience levels.

July promises to be an energetically feisty month asking us to speak our truth to folks that may not be ready to hear it. It makes our breath circle timing perfect for shifting those pieces that are ready to move in order to allow our truth to gracefully, lovingly, express itself.

Teresa Collins from Blended Spirit will be joining us again to co-host and assist you with card readings and channeling messages to help set intention, or settle the new vibe you've uncovered during our breath session.

Carolyn Schmidt will be facilitating the breathwork.
