How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What's the refund policy?
Payments are not refundable. Please consider this part specially for those traveling from abroad. Tickets can be transferrable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You don't need to print your ticket, just come with your business cards! we'll have all the information from attendees available at the front desk.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you require to transfer your ticket please let us know at least with 24 hours in anticipation, so we can avoid any problems the day of the conference.
Can I get an invitation letter to travel to Canada?
If you're traveling from countries that require a visa, we're happy to issue an invitation letter for those coming from the Americas once tickets are purchased. Please notice the invitation letter doesn't mean you're going to get the visa. You have to meet the requirements from the Canadian government in order to come to Canada. Some countries don't require a visa but an eTA, this process tend to be simplier than the visa process. For more information please go to this link.
If your visa is rejected, your tickets can be transferred to another person that can attend the event. We don't do refunds.
