About this event
Lathe 101
This orientation is a great follow-up to Woodshop 101! The lathe is the perfect tool to turn round or cylindrical items. Ever wanted to make a pen, table leg, or pepper mill? Now's your chance! You will learn how to set up the lathe and how to use the tools safely. There are no prerequisites required for this course, but some knowledge of woodworking would be helpful.
We require that students must bring their own safety glasses or they will be available for purchase at the front desk for $5
