The Customer Care program will teach you proven sales tactics and will help you develop the digital skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service in the financial services industries. Designed in collaboration with Scotiabank, this 8-week course is the gateway to a career in sales or customer service. Participants who complete the program will be guaranteed an interview for the role of Customer Care Advisor.
