This program is a two-part series on essential mindset and core skills for being more coach-like in your approach as a Leader. By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Articulate what a coach-approach is, and how it enhances effective communication
  • Use simple techniques to promote coach-like presence and mindful listening that help access the shared wisdom in groups and teams
  • Distinguish between “informal” and “formal” coaching opportunities
  • Apply a simple coaching model a learning and development conversation in their context
  • Recognize and build on the strengths and values of others
  • Be descriptive with feedback, framed as a necessary systemic input
  • Plan, do and reflect on their coach-approach to providing and working with feedback
