This month is all about our clients and how to not only retain them but build a group of loyal supporters who refer more people just like them to you.

We often see leaders working every prospect, treating them like gold and then they secure them as a client and move on to the next prospect, quickly forgetting about the roster of clients they currently have! I know – as a client of many – how crummy this feels. To be loved and then dropped.

This month we will chat about some simple, yet effective, ways to build ongoing engagement and appreciation into our client journey.
