Please register for the posted sessions. Your presence and expertise in the room when delivering our course to our new managers will be of utmost value to the learners!

While we welcome you to join for the full two days, your support is especially important during the afternoon of day 2. This is when the instructors cover human resources and labour relations topics such as hiring and performance management.

The Leadership 1.0: Orientation to Management program is an interactive and practical course designed to equip new managers to be successful in their roles. The mandatory two day program focuses on people management and building self-awareness and promotes featured resources and training opportunities. New managers are required to attend Leadership 1.0 within their first year in the role.

Kindly note that this session will not show in your LearnON learning history so as not to interfere with tracking of official attendance to meet policy requirements.
