Leadership Lab: Assessing Financial Sustainability for Your Organization

The next Leadership Lab for the CSC Central Region is about developing a strong financial sustainability plan for your organization as we head into a new year. Participants will get to use a unique hands-on tool developed specifically for the Non-Profit Sector. This tool will enable participants to evaluate current strategies and determine practical steps for enhancing sustainability.
Looking at four critical attributes of a sustainable organization: sound financial practices, active fund development, strategic thinking and planning, and the capacity to innovate. This workshop will present a practical way to review your organization's sustainability framework resulting in a clear direction foward. Group discussion will offer insights into what is working and not working in other organizations, and identify strategies that can be readily applied.
