She specializes in assisting startups find their north star and building agile teams to scale their operations. This means helping them find their core strategy to outcompete established companies or helping companies become more agile integrating startups to their core teams. As an entrepreneur herself, she has studied the remarkable characteristics that make a great leader. She is fascinated by the people and organizations that work to make a positive impact in the world.
