Leading Spas presents: "Secrets to Converting Online Visitors into Clients"
Event Information
About this Event
Is your online presence building your brand and generating clientele? Or are you accidentally sending the wrong message? Digital marketing and branding pro Pat Perdue will review real-life examples of spas in the United States and in Europe, and do a deep dive into their online presence and show you what they’re doing well, and what they could do differently, to build their brand and increase sales.
Given the unprecedented challenges the spa industry is, and will be, facing due to limited human interaction and social distancing as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, it is essential that we stay in touch with our guests and continue to be part of their lives, even if they can't come into our spa.
As a result of this new challenge to our businesses, this webinar will now also include clear, actionable steps your spa can take to reassure your clientele during this very challenging time. In addition to an online presence overview, we will now be covering:
a) How to craft clear messaging for your website, social media presence, and email. to reassure your clientele about your spa's hygienic practices, employment policies (particularly around sick leave), and business hours.
b) How to keep your clientele engaged with your spa using social media, so that when they are ready to book that spa day, your spa will be the one they choose.
c) If your clientele can't come to your spa, let your spa come to your clientele! Rather than remote visits, we'll be exploring ways to leverage technology to help your clients recreate your spa in their homes, so they can still experience the comfort you can provide for them, even during these difficult times. This will include essential messaging to maximize online product purchases, recording videos to be posted online (easily recorded), curated Spotify playlists, and more.
