Good careers require management. Whatever stage you are in your career, it is important to spend time and energy actively managing it. This process involves understanding who you are, what you want to accomplish and how to take appropriate action to achieve your career goals. This session will introduce the concept of strategic career management and how it can increase your level of success and satisfaction in your current job or prepare for your next step.

Day Merrill, President of career management firm 2BDetermined Inc. will be facilitating this interactive session including Q&A and will be available for individual questions after the workshop. In addition, she is offering a free one hour 1:1 career consultation to all attendees. For entrepreneurs who would like career advice, her partner Michael Locey specializes in entrepreneurial coaching and will also be available for consultation.
