Event description

Description

"Managing up is a process of consciously working with your boss to obtain the best possible results for you, your boss, and your organization."

- Thomas Zuber and Erica James

Maintaining a positive, effective, "win-win" working relationship with your boss and direct reports can be tricky and this is a common topic irrespective of industries, titles, and functions. The Vancouver Chapter of Lean In Canada will be welcoming Tara Jean (@tarajeanonline) of Breakfast TV to lead the discussion and Q&A period on how to navigate this important dynamic and work with different management styles.

Sign up now - first 20 tickets sold will enjoy early bird pricing ($30 per registration; $35 after early bird pricing ends)! Your ticket comes with delicious appetizers and one drink ticket!
