About this Event

Lean is a highly effective business approach that results in economic strength, customer and employee loyalty, and organizational agility. Lean helps organizations in eliminating waste and introduce the discipline of optimizing value to customers. This is a day compress workshop focus on providing practices that help leaders in creating a culture and brings out the best in employees.

There is no knowledge required to take this course other than a very fundamental understanding of Leadership and management.
