Participants will leave with a basic knowledge of Lean concepts and some working understanding of the applications of these tools.

About this Event

Incorporating Lean practices will improve labour productivity, production capacity, R&D processes, and profit margins. Lean also improves communication, breaks down barriers and ‘silos’, increases transparency, and empowers employees; all leading to more efficient teams. Join us for this interactive hands-on session where we will dive into Lean best practices such as Batch vs One-Piece Flow, Kanban, 5S, Process Mapping, 8 Wastes, and Just-In-Time so that you can save even more time and money!
