OVERVIEW

This LEAN Yellow Belt certification program is focused on understanding the practical application of the LEAN tools and concepts.

Structure into six modules, participants will learn when and how to apply the core LEAN tools to problem solve and improves process in the workplace. Participants are encouraged to implement the concepts learned during group simulations and practical assignments

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of the program, participants will have the knowledge, skills and confidence to apply the basic LEAN tools and contribute fully to the problem solving or

continuous improvement activity within their organization.
