Are you interested in learning meditation ?
Join us for a four-week workshop to learn about meditation benefits and techniques. David Najgoldberg from Mindful in the City, will be teaching simple techniques for beginners to reduce stress and anxiety. Based on mindfulness and other non-religious meditation practices, these classes are suitable for everyone.
Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen. Please wear comfortable clothing.
