Slow Food Vancouver Island Fermentation Series - Basement Beer Brewing

Go grain to glass and spend time learning how beer is made. We will walk through the brewing process and explain the science behind making good tasting beer. This will be a hands on learning experience as we create a batch of beer and taste along the way. You should come away from the afternoon with a basic understand of how process and ingredients affect the final flavour. A light lunch from the Whole Beast will be served. Prices are $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Limit 12 participants.
