Our Speakers: Javeria Kaleem & Hal Brown
Javeria Kaleem is a U.S. Senior Tax Manager with experience in various tax areas including tax due
diligences, tax compliance, planning matters including acquisition structuring and international
tax issues related to the application of tax treaties.
Hal Brown is a Manager in the Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP with a focus
on U.S. state taxation, in particular U.S. state income, franchise and sales taxes. He has 6 years of
experience working for PwC in both the U.S. and Canada on U.S. state taxation issues.
