Experiencing the Joy of Kindergarten

For Parents and Children Entering Kindergarten in September 2023

The York Region Child and Family Collaborative in collaboration with the EarlyON Child and Family Centres in York Region invite families of children eligible for Kindergarten in September 2023 to join us for this 2-Part Conference!

PART ONE

Wednesday, April 19, 2023

A virtual evening session for parents and caregivers. 

Hear from Dr. Adele Diamond, an award-winning neuroscientist, who will share her knowledge about child development and early learning. 

PART TWO

There are two dates to choose from: Saturday, April 22, or Sunday, April 30, 2023.

A face-to-face session for the parents, caregivers, and their kindergarten children.

Together, the family members will engage in fun and interactive workshops and other learning opportunities. Each family will receive a Learning Together Conference Bag with books and resources. Door prizes throughout the conference.
