Nuts are a wonderful source of healthy fats, great flavour and wonderful texture. Join Jill as she shares some of her favourite recipes featuring this versatile and often underrated ingredient. The evening will start with toasted walnut goat cheese and sun dried tomato spread on crostini. Next is a melon and serrano ham salad on arugula with fried almonds. Jill will then make pasta with grilled shrimp in a pistachio tarragon pesto. For dessert, enjoy a rich walnut cake with crème fraiche.
