Working in communications is notoriously stressful – and our ability to manage tasks and deadlines requires great care. But, with all the balls we are juggling within our jobs, how much care do we put into our mental wellness?
This workshop is for those who are in the trenches every day, pushing to meet team and company objectives. Gain valuable tools and insights into managing stress, anxieties, and self-advocacy. Hear firsthand from local communicators about their mental health journeys and add to your wellness toolbox with facilitator David Small of CMHA Middlesex.
