About the Seminar:

Housing in the GTHA is a regional challenge which needs to be addressed to ensure social and economic growth in the years ahead. In this light, CUR has brought together a number of experts to share their latest research on this pressing challenge.


Speakers:

Matthew Cory, Principal, Malone Given Parsons, "The Future of Housing in the GTHA: The Impact of Land Use Policy."

Michelle German, Senior Manager, Policy and Partnerships, Evergreen Foundation, "What is the Missing Middle? A Toronto Housing Challenge Demystified."

Paul Smetanin, President, Canadian Centre for Economic Analysis, "The GTHA’s Unbalanced Housing Stock: Benchmarking Ontario’s New LPAT System."
