We have a great webinar planned for you during this COVID-19 Pandemic, as the month of May is to create Mental Health Awareness. We've brought together a psychologist and a fitness instructor to help you understand what you can do to encourage positive mental health during these unprecedented times and to also equip you with some moves you can incorporate in your daily lives to help alleviate stress.

BCW has brought together Dr. Sandra Dixon, Faculty of Education, the University of Lethbridge to share strategies, resources, and tools we can use to deal with our mental health. She'll highlight indicators of mental health and shed light on normalizing mental health.

Jayne Balogun (Jayne Doe) founder/owner of Inner Athlete Inc. will share some exercise moves we can start incorporating in our daily activities at home to help alleviate the stress of our new normal.
