Description
This series is a follow up from the Letting Go of Anxiety Public Talk. We’ll further explore mindfulness methods, meditations, and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help you let go of anxiety, become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with your negative emotions more confidently and effectively. Each class will consists of guided meditations, teachings, and time for questions.
Mar 1 – Term Break: no class due to the Western Canada Dharma Celebration
Mar 8 – Mindfulness when things are crazy!
Mar 15 – Meditation and our life: Believing is seeing
Mar 22 – Meditation and fearlessness: The real adventure begins
Mar 29 – Let it go and free your mind!
$12/ Class or $40 for 4 class pass (free for members) or Register Online for the series with Eventbrite.
