The advent of 3D printing is said to signal the beginning of a new industrial revolution. Not only
does 3D printing create excitement among our Young Makers, as they learn to design and think in 3D, new possibilities for learning are revealed and problem solving skills are increased.
Once your Young Maker knows the basics of 3D Printing, there's a whole new world of creation to explore! In this intermediate workshop, , Young Makers will create their own accounts with TinkerCaD - an easy, browser-based 3D design and modeling tool - to begin exploring the many things they can do. They will be guided through advanced design techniques, and given a design challenge*!
