He additionally serves as a Partner at Esplanade Ventures, a venture capital firm empowering entrepreneurs to deliver technology-based healthcare breakthroughs.

Over his career, Josh has held many roles that bridge the combined power of people, technology and business excellence, including serving as a Chief Learning Officer, Chief HR Officer, Group President, CEO, Board Chair and investor. He is a distinguished engineering alumnus from the University of Victoria and also a graduate of the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
