Description

IABC Waterloo is pleased to announce "Leveraging Differences through Inclusive Leadership," a webinar workshop presented by Catalyst.

NOTE: We will be hosting this webinar at two locations. Please select your ticket based on which location you will be attending.

In this session, participants will learn how innovative organizations are taking advantage of their employees’ unique differences through inclusive leadership. The group will:

  1. Explore the ever changing demographics of today’s workforce
  2. Uncover the core benefits of “diversity and inclusion”
  3. Understand the drawbacks of feeling like “the other” at work
  4. Learn the framework of Inclusive Leadership: EACH Model (Empowerment, Accountability, Courage, Humility)

Following the webinar, we will be joined by a number of representatives from local organizations to talk about their diversity programs, including Julie Millard, Senior Director, Corporate Communications at OpenText and Kelly Daly, VP People at Thalmic Labs at our Waterloo hosting.
