About the Presenter

With over 18 years of experience in 7 Fortune 500 companies, Luis leverages his expertise in Human-Centered Leadership and Emotional Intelligence and his work and collaborations with other experts around the world to help foster workplace cultures and communities that are healthier and happier.

Luis has an MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota in Strategy and Marketing. He's a Humphrey Public Policy Fellow and a member of the Young American Leaders Program (YALP) at Harvard Business School.
