The Levite Summit is an annual Worship, Arts and Leadership Conference for musicians, worship and tech teams, ministry leaders, artists and artisans. Held in beautiful Kelowna, BC., The Levite Summit is designed to be a creative open space for anyone intent on stoking the fires of creativity in their Christian faith.
It is your opportunity to join with hundreds of others in the Okanagan and beyond, passionate about expressing their faith through worship and the arts.
KEYNOTES AND WORSHIP CONCERT
This year we welcome Steve Bell as our keynote presenter. Steve’s sage wisdom shines through his sense of humour and expert musicianship. His communication will inspire and equip all of us regardless of age, stage or gifting. We also welcome guitar phenom Jacob Moon, Levite Summit founder Jon Buller, Worship Pastor Corey Doak, recording artist Graham Ord and more to contribute at our large group sessions.
Opening night will also include a Worship Arts Concert featuring Sean Feucht, Jon Buller, Steve Bell & Jacob Moon. It is free for all registrants and open to the public ($20 tickets in advance). Tickets for CONCERT ONLY can be purchased HERE.
PRE CONFERENCE SONGWRITING WORKSHOP
Come early to the conference for a chance to learn from professional songwriters all Friday afternoon. For a small extra fee, you’ll spend lunch-time hearing from professional song-writers, learning some practical principals of songwriting to challenge and improve your songs. Then you’ll break into groups and work-shop your songs with the pros. Space is LIMITED for this workshop, so don't wait!
There are aspects of arts and faith that affect every one of us. All of the sessions are planned to bring learning, discussion and a deeper look at the arts, worship and leadership. This year there will be THREE workshop blocks, TWO of which will apply to the TRACK that you select during registration. You are strongly encouraged to attend the TWO workshops in your TRACK and then select a third workshop as your ELECTIVE. We bet that it’ll be hard to choose again this year, but we will make every effort to record all the workshops and provide those free of charge to all registrants after the conference!
The third workshop block for those who select tracks will be your GENERAL ELECTIVE, selected from any of the remaining workshops. If you don’t feel that you fit into a track, you can select GENERAL TRACK and attend whatever workshop you want! ELECTIVES are first-come-first-serve, and TRACK WORKSHOPS will give priority to those who are in that TRACK. Remaining space in those workshops is open to any registrant.

There’s also quiet space for reflection and confidential prayer ministry if you need some solitude or soul-care. It’s going to be a rich and diverse time of creativity and learning, a weekend you won’t want to miss!
“Hear the Music Ministries” is hosting this multi-denominational gathering assisted by a group of local churches and Christian ministries. At our core is the belief that when Jesus is lifted up, He will draw all people to Himself (John 12:32)
Q Why do I have to register for a track?
One of the biggest pieces of feedback we received at the last Summit was the request from people to be able to sign-up for the sessions they wanted to attend. This also helps us to make sure there will be space in each session for you to attend your choice of workshop. We believe this will also facilitate the best learning experience as the tracks are being designed to provide both practical learning, but also application through the ‘doing’ of your art form. So we strongly encourage you to select a track, and attend the 2 out of 3 workshops that are in that track. The third workshop block for those who select tracks will be your GENERAL ELECTIVE, selected from any of the remaining workshops. If you don’t feel that you fit into a track, you can select GENERAL TRACK and attend whatever workshop you want! Q Do I have to register for the Levite Summit if I want to attend the Pre-Conference Songwriting Workshop?
In a word, yes. We don't think you'll want to miss the rest of the opportunities at Levite Summit after attending this workshop!
Q Is space limited for the Pre-Conference Songwriting Workshop?
VERY limited as we believe this will facilitate the best learning experience in both the teaching and practical aspects.
Q Is there a group rate this year?
No, but you have the great option of registering for the first 200 tickets available, at the FANTASTIC Early Bird rate of $65.00. So make sure you get your tribe together and register soon!
Q Where can I buy tickets for the Worship Arts Concert?
If you register for the Levite Summit, the concert is included in your registration. However, it is also open to the public and tickets can be purchased HERE
Q Is there an age limit to enter the event?
There are no limits! We welcome everyone at the Levite Summit, but if you are under 18 you will need your parents permission. There are no child rates, as much of the content of the conference will be aimed at 16+.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
We'd love to hear from you at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact our office and not Trinity Church, as that is our venue but they might not be able to answer all your questions!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please either bring your printed ticket, or have the email confirmation ready to present on your smartphone. Without these we can still help you, but it will slow down the registration process.
Q Can I cancel my registration?
A Registrations can be cancelled up to two weeks before the conference for a $20 processing fee, and cannot be accepted after that time. However, registrations are transferable anytime, even upon arrival at the event, for a $10 processing fee. Thank you for understanding that last minute changes increase administration time and complexity for the administrative staff.
