Life Stress Reduction & Case Planning Workshop
Life Stress Reduction (LSR), part of the larger subject of Applied Metapsychology, is a full program, which is tailored to meet the needs of a particular viewer (client), and makes use of a broad array of techniques designed to reduce the stress one feels in life. Each technique in an LSR program is designed to approach an issue, to remove emotional pain, resistance and confusion from that issue, and to bring one to a place of greater clarity and ease in relation to that issue. At the end point of a Life Stress Reduction program a viewer feels a new freshness and interest in life along with diminished concern about both past events and current life situations that had been previously bothering him or her.
This workshop presents a new paradigm of safety and effectiveness for helping others. The structured techniques taught in this workshops are easy to learn and to apply. At the same time, they are very efficient and powerful in helping viewers release emotional charge and resolve issues that may have challenged them for years.
This workshop includes:
-- Expanded disturbance handling
-- Expanded exploration
-- An extensive program for handling an Emotionally Charged Person
-- An extensive program related to Body Image
-- Recall lists for improving general recall abilities
-- Expanded Unblocking and Life Stress lists
-- 25 additional techniques not covered in other workshops
This workshop also includes skill-building exercises, an opportunity to give and receive supervised LSR sessions (co-facilitation), and practice in developing customized case plans using the wide variety of techniques taught. This workshop also provides an opportunity to network with other TIR facilitators.
