Often, all we need to go deeper in meditation is more time. Refresh your inspiration with gentle exercises to train your mind and discover how to bring stillness into a busy life. We’ll run three meditations with time for discussion and questions. These mindfulness practices will:

- Promote emotional well-being
- Reduce anxiety
- Foster confidence
This session is designed to be accessible and friendly for beginners. Seating will be on chairs. Cushions and mats will also be available. You will receive a MindSana tip sheet, and all guided meditation will be available to you on MindSana.com.
