Lindsey Greflund is back and will be doing two back to back classes and you won’t want to miss them! Lindsey is a certified pastry chef with her red seal and is currently teaching at George Brown College. She has a wonderful way of taking the mystery out of baking while making the class fun and delicious!
I am so excited about this class as these are two of my favourite pastries ever!
- Mille Feuille (layers of puff pastry and custard and fondant icing)
- Opera cake (layers of almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee buttercream, and covered in a chocolate glaze)
