Description

Lions Bay House Concerts: Alan Gerber

Chicago-born singer-songwriter Alan Gerber is seasoned and has been pounding the keys, playing acoustic, electric and fiddle with his blues, folk, jazz style for over 50 years. Previously with Elektra's supergroup Rhinoceros (1967-1969, 2009), he's got 8 solo albums under his belt and has played Montreal Jazz Festival, Ottawa Blues Festival, criss-crossed the continent, and done the European tour. Several times. A piano, acoustic and electric guitar and fiddle player he covers just about any genre that's radiating cool. He's played with Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, B.B. King, John Lee Hooker, Van Morrison, The Moody Blues, Chicago ... the list goes on.

What he HASN'T DONE is played Lions Bay.

The setting will be remarkable. Seats are limited, so all seats are best seats. The music direct, the groove strong. Chicago-style. We hope YOU can come to this special presentation that kicks off our 2017 Fall Series. SO Grab your honey, bring something yummy (potluck), and come on over! Here’s a taste
