Learn the art of crafting your own concoctions with H Tasting Lounge Premium Bartender, Dylan Williams. Use locally-foraged ingredients as you mix your way to mastery, with 4 curated cocktail recipes. Your handcrafted creations will be paired with Executive Chef Alex Mok's tasting plates.

Sip: Lavender & Wallflower Gin Chamomile Tonic
Savour: Cured Diver Scallop in Beet and Lavender served with watermelon, radish

Baked Cornish Game Hen Mousse, served with sauteed green pea, roasted vegetable, arugula and mint puree

Savour: Butter Poached Lobster with Fresh Dill, served with chamomile risotto, ginger orange sabayon
